Blackbird is a growth and search infrastructure company. We started in New Zealand, helping local operators show up in the searches their best customers were already running. Today we run the same playbook across two countries, two coasts, and a dozen industries.
THE STORY
Strong operators were losing online. The problem wasn't quality.
It was positioning. We saw skilled tradespeople, attorneys, and clinics doing excellent work — and getting outranked by competitors with worse offers and louder marketing.
So we built smarter, data-driven search systems designed to capture real buying intent, not just traffic. What started as a handful of clients in Auckland has grown into revenue-producing digital infrastructure across multiple markets.
